What is the International Pet Relocator Certification Program?

Anvis has been providing various pet services for almost a decade and conducting training workshops for  over 3 years now for Pet sitting, Dog walking, Pet boarding and Dog training related services. Our trainees  have gone on to provide over 10,000+ hours of service between them via the Anvis platform.  

From our 1st batch of Pet Relocator trainees who took up the course in Feb 2020, 60% have launched their own Pet Relocation companies. They have not only broken even, but are now returning a profit. And this is in spite of being in the midst of a pandemic! 

 

Now, As we launch our 2nd edition of Pet Relocation certification program, we are excited to share these learnings with another group of like minded pet lovers who want to turn Pet Relocation Professionals. Relocation is a significantly more skilled profession, involving a combination of different expertise. The learning curve is steep and requires considerable hours of on the job  experience, and our unique structure is attuned to provide exactly that. 

 

The Pet Relocator Certification program combines – 

• 45+ hours of intense online/offline theory sessions 
• 6 months of mentorship under the core team of Anvis Pet Relocation.

The program also offers students the opportunity to travel abroad on paid trips, as part of relocation projects  for pet parents who avail the Premium Pet Relocation service. It is a unique program that offers a blend of  sentimental fulfilment from re-uniting families, opportunity to travel abroad and the happiness of being your  own boss and the chance to build your own pet services enterprise.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE  - This program is available in both online and offline models with differential price points.

 

Phase I - The Workshop   The program will be conducted online for all those who opt for the online delivery model.

 

The workshop will be held over a period of 5 days at our Pet Centre in Bangalore (https://goo.gl/maps/9YhXNCCVE626PoNg6). The workshop timings will be from 9 am to 6 pm every day. The timings and venue is flexible if its a one-on-0ne class.

 

Phase II - Mentorship under the guidance of the Anvis Pet Relocation Team (May 2021 – November 2021)

 

Post completion of the workshop, students will be onboarded on to our service platform www.anvisinc.com which will give access to our clientele and generate immediate leads to help kickstart the business.

This apart, for the first 10 confirmed Pet Relocation moves, all students will have access to Pet Parent consultation provided by our founder Anand Vishwanath. This consultation value itself is INR 50,000

 

In this consultation, Anand will provide 1.5 hrs of consultation sessions to the Pet Parents while the students can watch and learn on the job. Anand will also hand hold the students through the relocation process and explain and clarify any doubts that they may have. The students are required to showcase their logistical planning and execution on their own but under the guidance of Anand. The consultation link can be found HERE.

 

Phase III - Post-Mentorship

 

After the completion of the mentorship program, all trainees will be awarded with an International Pet Relocation Specialist Certificate with details on the work done during their mentorship program.  

Additionally, Anvis & A.L.P.H.A would be extending full support to the students in setting up their own ventures in the pet relocation space.  Candidates who set up their own ventures will have the opportunity to continue to list themselves on the Anvis Platform for free where pet parents can reach out to them directly. If further help and support from the Anvis team is required, it can be mutually discussed and agreed upon. 

 

PROGRAM INVESTMENT - We have two investment options based on the type of content delivery :

 

The Online model where the theory class will be live streamed is being offered at INR 1,50,000

This investment is inclusive of the following during the course of the program -

∙ 10 Pet Parent Relocation Consultation worth 50K by Anand Vishwanath

∙ Exit options counselling and venture creation support during the 6 months of mentorship.

 

The Offline workshop model where students learn at our Pet Centre is being offered at INR 2,00,000

This investment is inclusive of the following during the course of the program - 

∙ Complete 5 day training 

∙ Post-workshop, continuous learning and evaluation modules for 6 months of mentorship under the Anvis Pet Relocation team.

∙ 10 Pet Parent Relocation Consultation worth 50K by Anand Vishwanath

∙ Exit options counselling and venture creation support during the 6 months of apprenticeship 

∙ Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea and refreshments during the 5 days of the workshop 

∙ Pick up and Drop from central locations in city for all 5 days of the workshop

∙ 5 nights accommodation on twin sharing basis very close to the venue.

DISCOUNT FOR PET PROFESSIONALS (Involved in the Pet Industry on a full time basis)

We, at Anvis, are on a mission to make Pet Relocation accessible to pet parents wanting to travel with their pets and to help  Pet Professionals  who want to assist this travel, build a meaningful career. In this regard, we are offering a 5% discount on the program investment for all those who are currently employed full time in the Pet Industry. This could be anyone who is a full time Pet Boarder, Pet Groomer, Pet Trainer, Canine/Feline Behaviorists, Pet Sitter, Dog Walker or anybody else involved full time in the Pet Services space. 

The effective programme investment for Pet Professionals would be :

INR 1,42,500 for Online content delivery model.

INR 1,90,000 for Offline Workshop delivery model.

ROI ON THE INVESTMENT

We have had the experience of successfully starting up and running a Pet Relocation company for over 10 years. We have also mentored Pet Relocation companies from inception to profitability from our previous batch. 

We have seen a new Pet Relocator is able to take up anywhere between 2-4 moves a month and an experienced company can go upto 15-20 moves a month. 

From this data, we have seen the ROI for a new relocator is achieved between 9.5 to 13 Pet Relocation moves. Ideally, this translates to an ROI between 3.25 to 4.75 months.
