Focus command can be used in a variety of situations. Some of the most frequently used are :

1. When your dog is getting stressed by people, other dogs or enviornmental distractions while on a walk, this can be used to keep her focus on you and walk past the distraction.

2. Can also be used effectively during times when 'non-dog' people are uncomfortable or scared but have to go past your dog. You can use this command to hold focus of your dog while the people can feel safe while crossing paths.
